No. There is no cost to you for our advice. We are generally remunerated by the product providers when you take out a policy or KiwiSaver product through us. We will explain how we are remunerated as part of our advice process.

No. There is no obligation to proceed after your initial conversation with us. We want you to have the information you need to make a decision that is right for you.

Yes. If you already have insurance or KiwiSaver in place, we can review your current arrangements and help you understand whether they remain appropriate for your circumstances and goals.

Yes, and it is one of the most important parts of what we do. Our client services manager specialises in claims support and will guide you through the process, liaise with the insurer on your behalf, and help keep things moving at what is often a difficult time.
